Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Twitching Muscles In Legs

not likely deep vein thrombosis
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
In such young patients, without some significant risk factors such as obesity, coagulopathies or recent surgical procedure, I dont think that dvt is likely diagnosis. Also, it goes with oedema, colour and temperature changes of leg. I suppose your doctors checked d-dimers and doppler ultrasound which would definitely rule out DVT.
Your symptoms are more likely caused by neuropathies which can compressive neuropathy as we see in disorders of lumbosacral spine or metabolic neuropathies as we see in vitamin defficiency, magnesium, calcium or potassium deficciency. also, diabetes, alcoholism and some rare methabolic disorders lead to neuropathies as well.
So I suggest to check these metablites and do lumbosacral spine MRI.
Any other diagnosis in your age is rarity.
Wish you good health. Regards

Detailed Answer:
Well, obesity is risk factor for DVT but still it isnt for me indicative of DVT.
i doubt that ER has available doppler US,so this is soemthing that should be done.
But still, I suggest to do neurologic work up.
