My husband fell, but never hit his head.
Had 2 credit scans and an mri. Found nothing.
Pressure behind the eye is still there.
Living on Ondansetron for the nausea and Norco for pain.

If CT and mri is normal then dizziness may be due to cardiac or vascular problem leading to transient ischaemic attack.
Eye problem seems to be due to orbital cellulitis if swelling is present. You can send some reports or medical prescription to get to examination findings.
