Brief Answer:
Do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns but do not worry. Dizziness can be due to side effect of tramadol overdose. You may give him some lemonade or juice and tell him to lie down for some time. This will help in dizziness. Avoid next dose of tramadol. He will be fine.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
