Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Gas And Gallbladder Stones

default
Posted on Wed, 8 Apr 2015
Question: I am having dizziness and gas build up after eating food. The dizziness remains for sometime after passing bowel and comes to normal after eating some food. I have burping which releases gas sometimes.

I am having Gall Bladder stones as well based on the abdomen scan that was done 2 years back. An endoscopy was also done around 2 years back to check for any reason for the gas but nothing was found. They have mentioned slightly hiatal hernia.

Brief Answer:
pantoprazole

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through the details you have provided.
Your symptoms seem to be due to non ulcer dyspepsia which is because of acidity.
I would suggest to take oral pantoprazole with levosulpuride for at least 8 weeks.( you might need a prescription for this).
I would suggest the following dietary changes
Avoid
Fried foods
Packed fruit juices
Mint and chocolate flavoured food
Oranges and sweet lime
Red meat
Alcohol
Carbonated drinks
Hope this helps

Thanks Doctor. Is oral pantoprazole with levosulpuride a tablet that can be taken with water?

What is the dosage on daily basis and for how many days should I take this tablet? Also please give the name of the tablet that I should ask in medical store for this.

Brief Answer:
two months, take it with water

Detailed Answer:
Hello, it is to be taken with water and available as pantocid L. Health care magic does not allow me to give exact dosing information on prescription drugs.you will have to get a prescription from your doctor for the same. Also, it would be unethical to prescribe you prescription drugs without having to examine you physically. Hope you understand.

2 months of treatment should help.
