Brief Answer:
Adeno infection, supportive treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It looks like an adenovirus infection which is usually in children but can occur in adults. It typically can present with multisystem involvement like conjuctivitis, headache, stuffy nose along with diarrhea and upset stomach. There is no specific treatment for it. What you may want to do
Is to use decongestants like ephedrine, or pseudophedrine for stuffy nose,
use acetaminophen for headache, and wash your eyes with cold water. Hopefully the episode will resolve on its own.
Apart from that i would recommend you undergo an HIV test if you have had highrisk activity like IV drug abuse, unprotected sexual intercourse with multiple partners. Please if you are from EBola endemic area or in any way could have contracted it, you may want to check yourself for it as well but usually EBola does manifest with some sort of bloody secretions and skin rash. Thank you

This does not explain the dizziness and drowsiness. We looked up the symptoms. The stomach pain has dissipated but dizziness and drowsiness persist
The headache also persists. There also seems to be pain in the back of neck and trapezius

Brief Answer:
viral infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Please know viral infections don't come with any specific symptoms. It could be adeno virus infection, or it could be a simple flu. As for viral infections yes they may cause drowsiness and dizziness. If you are interested in knowing which exact viral infection you have, go to the clinic and get a lab test done of PCR. In any ways its a supportive treatment with the constellation of symptoms.
If you have neck stiffness with fever and behavioural changes and may be speech disturbances as well. there may be some nuerological focal signs and seizures as well then in that case it could be a serious condition called viral encephalitis. You would be given acyclovir by the physician. In that case you must pay a visit who will do a lumbar puncture for you. Hope it helps.
