Brief Answer:
Need to see a psychiatrist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Panic like symptoms can occur in variety of conditions including panic disorder, phobic disorder, anxiety disorder, mood disorder and even psychotic disorder.

It is extremely important to seek consultation with psychiatrist who will acquire detailed history and do mental status examination to make differential diagnosis and ultimately final diagnosis.

Following this he may offer you either psychotherapy or medication. I like to inform you that unsupervised medications are likely to cause more problems in long term rather than any benefits.

I also like to acknowledge that most disorders associated with panic like symptoms are treatable on current day.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
