Brief Answer:
implies an infection is present, may involve urinary tract

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Shivers/chills usually imply an infection is present. Though you may be shivering and feel cold, the temperature is usually elevated though it may only be slight in some cases.

The impulse is too cover up but further increases the temperature and would worsen the chills/shivers.

The dizziness and light headed sensation would be part of the infectious process.

The fact that there are issues with urination would imply that this may be the source of the infection.
It would be best to have an urine analysis done at your doctors office to determine if this is the case.

If so then antibiotics would be needed, urine may also be sent off to the lab to try to determine the exact bacteria causing the infection.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
