Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
The visual acuity needs to be checked and a fundoscopy should also be done. Blood pressure is slightly high, in stage 1 hypertension range. However , it should be rechecked and if persistently elevated on repeat visit or home blood pressure monitoring then ambulatory BP monitoring can be advised prior to commencing antihypertensive medication. HBA1C should be done along with fasting blood glucose.
For such isolated episode, tab betahistine dihydrochloride 8 mg can be taken for symptomatic relief. For the associated nausea prochlorperazine/ stematil 5 mg would be a better option as it would control both the nausea and vertigo.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
