Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Nausea And Fatigue
Question: I have been diagnosed with a concussion. It happened several days ago. I just took shower and saw that the bottoms of my feet were white. When i lift them up they turn pink again, what do you think that is?
Brief Answer:
Not related to concussion.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Bottom of your feet seem white after immediately lifting them up because of the pressure on them causes temporary impairment of blood supply.
After few moments, blood starts to circulate again, so they turn pink.
It is not a problem and is not related to concussion.
Hope this helps.

To follow up... I seem to be experiencing , though less frequently, bouts of light headedness, slight nausea, and tiredness and its been roughly 10 days since I got my concussion.CT scan was clear. My anxiety level has risen so i GUESS I'm a little paranoid. To be perfectly XXXXXXX lying in bed seems to calm down symptoms. Is this all of this normal? What should i be doing about this if anything? how long could it tae to get relief from this?
Thank you!
Thank you!
Brief Answer:
No need to worry.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
Since CT scan resulted normal, you shouldn't worry much more than necessary.
Concussion symptoms diminish with time, it may take few weeks to subside completely.
In conclusion, there's no much to do, besides plenty of rest and not worrying much, there is no serious damage.
Hope this helps. Please keep me updated regarding your progress later on.
