Brief Answer:
Read below.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

The symptoms you describe seem more probably in the setting of a metabolic imbalance, can be caused by low blood sugar, low potassium, magnesium or calcium levels. If they occurred after a physical exertion, exposure to heat, dehidration due to diarrhea, vomiting or low water intake, they may have been possible triggers.

Since the symptoms regressed by themselves, probably blood tests won't reveal much now and episode may remain isolated. If the episode repeats though, some blood tests are recommended like blood count, blood glucose, kidney and liver function, electrolytes (including calcium and magnesium), thyroid function, creatine kinase.

You do not mention taking any medication, but if you do, some medications may be responsible as well, such as furosemide or statins to mention most common ones may cause muscle cramps as well.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
