Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Pain In My Neck And Tiger Stripes Like Floaters In Vision
Tiger stripes, dizziness, neck pain
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Blurry vision, glare and altered tinge of yellow are different perceptions among patients who have had the cataract surgery done. If the tiger stripes persist or if new visual floaters / flashes develop then you must inform your ophthalmologist so that the fundus is examined , intraocular pressure is and a slit lamp examination is done.
As far as dizziness is concerned one can confuse it with vertigo. Dizziness is more associated with a sense of fainting/ black out whereas vertigo is perceived movement in the absence of true movement. If indeed it dizziness then an EKG is required, blood pressure should be checked and basic metabolic profile including blood sugar should also be assessed.
For the neck pain symptomatic treatment with paracetamol with a muscle relaxant like tizanidine can help resolve the pain/ spasm. The neck should be examined first to assess for the severity of the pain and restriction of normal movements. Physiotherapy would also be useful in this regard. If it persists then imaging would be required.

Hello again,
The numbness/paresthesia in the hand is likely related to the neck pain. Cervical spine imaging and subsequently NCS (Nerve Conduction Studies) can be advised to determine the cause.
As far as the toes are concerned, it could be possibly due to Raynaud's syndrome. Peripheral pulses should be checked and if weak under normal temperature then arterial and venous Doppler studies can be advised. Peripheral sensory innervation should be checked to look for possible peripheral neuropathy.
As far as the visual changes are concerned, detailed workup including fundus and slit lamp examination by the Ophthalmologist is required before any conclusion is made.

Hello again
Based on this feedback, Myasthenia is unlikely and since the thyroid levels are also in range then its possibility is also on the lower side. the supplementation with vitamin D and B 12 should be continued. As far as the tiredness symptoms are concerned, korean ginseng is an option which you can discuss with your doctor. I prescribe it in my patients with very good results. If the numbness persists then you should get the nerve conduction studies and Cervical spine imaging done in consultation with your doctor.
