Brief Answer:
Need monitoring of blood sugar levels.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Mr. XXXXXXX

Thanks for your question.

After going through your question, I can understand your concern.

Your dizziness is most likely due to low blood sugar levels called as hypoglycemia.

Your Tab Tryglimiprex 2 contains 3 drugs - Metformin 500mg + Glimeperide 2mg + Pioglitazone 15mg.

Metformin and Pioglitazone when used alone or in combination with each other rarely cause hypoglycemia.
But Glimeperide even alone can cause hypoglycemia, and concomitant use of Metformin and Pioglitazone can exaggerat the problem.

You need to monitor blood sugar levels by using glucometer 4 hourly.

Reading below 70 is considered as hypoglycemia.

You should consult your doctor for detailed clinical evaluation, if there is documented hypoglycemia dos of your antidiabetic medication need to be modified.
If there is no documented hypoglycemia there is need for evaluation for other causes of dizziness.

Hope I have answered your question.
I will be happy to answer your follow up questions, if any.
Otherwise you can close the question and rate the answer.
