acute sinusitis, requires evaluation.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
As per your clinical details - Headache, post nasal drip (phlem at back of throat) and nasal blockage suggests - acute sinusitis with bleeding per nose.
I advise you to consult an ENT surgeon and get detailed ENT examination, If necessary nasal endoscopy (sinusitis, deviated nasal septum). You require antibiotics, decongest nasal drops and anti inflammatory medications. Treatment can be started as per the findings.
I also advise you to stop irrigating the nose, in case of bleeding, it will not help.
Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.

For a moment my nose is bleeding. What to do to manage right now? I am trying nose irrigation and that is hardly working.
xylometazoline nasal drops -over the counter.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.
As such, in scanty bleeding, you can try, over the counter xylometazoline (nasal decongestant drops) with simple anti allergic medications like citrizine. In case of persistent or active bleeding you need to see an ent surgeon.
Hope, I have answered your query.
Take care.
