Hi,
Thank you for prompt reply.
Yes, its on both feet at the bottom. There is no crack and fissuring. But the skin is dry on that part and there is itching.

Brief Answer:
Urea, Lactic acid based moisturizer+potent topical steroid
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have reviewed the Images.
This looks like an eczematous dermatitis, which is basically due to underlying dry skin which subsequently became eczematous.
I suggest you to use an intensive moisturizer.
A moisturizer that contains ingredients like Urea, Lactic acid in a cream form would be good. These are good moisturizing agents for dry, tough skin of soles and palms.
You may mix this moisturizing cream with an equal amount of a potent topical steroid cream e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream and apply twice daily, over affected areas.
An oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
