Suggest Treatment For Dry Cough And Blocked Nose In A Child

Brief Answer:
Nasoclear instead of otrivin drops
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Can understand your concerns.
Dry cough with blocked nose can occur in upper respiratory tract infection.
I think that dm syrup and azithral is ok. But nasal drops like nasoclear 1 drop in each nostril three times a day should be given instead of otrivin.
Otrivin contains xylometazoline and is usually not given in small babies.
I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
