It seems from the history that you are having dry eyes and you are on treatment with artificial tears eye drops in the form of Refresh tears eye drops.

I can understand your concern and I advice you not to worry.
Dry eye is one of the common complaints for which people visit ophthalmologist and it can be treated easily and hence no need to worry.
The initial treatment is by the use of artificial tears eye drops like Refresh tears eye drops.
Dry eyes usually takes about 4-6 weeks to show response and improvement. Since it is only 3 days no need to worry now itself you will be fine no need to worry.
If the symptoms are not resolving then you can increase the frequency of instilling the refresh tears eye drops. You can use up to one drop every hourly if the symptoms are very severe.
You need to avoid exposure to dust, smoke, wind, excessive use of laptop or computer.

If the symptoms are not decreasing even after 1-2 months then next mode of treatments like use of cyclosporine, anti-inflammatory drugs and dry eye evaluation needs to be considered. But I hope you will be fine with treatment by refresh tears eye drops only. Hence no need to worry.
