Suggest Treatment For Dry Eyes

Question: I have been having very dry eyes for sometime now. Many times feel irritated when I wake up. Some times the right eye pains a bit.
And then a few times I have a lot of neck pain to accompany that.

Please suggest.

Dry eyes requires treatment by the use of artificial tears eye drops.

I am Dr Dadapeer k an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having dryness of the eyes.
This requires treatment by the use of artificial tears eye drops. I prefer to use artificial tears eye drops like Refresh tears eye drops 3-4 times per day.
Along with this you need
To avoid exposure to dust, smoke, wind....
To use protective goggles while riding vehicles
To avoid continuous long time use of computer or laptop without taking breaks
Wash eyes with normal water once or twice a day

Neck pain is not directly related to dryness of the eyes and this needs to be treated by use of pain killer tablets and exercises.
