Seems to be buccarium.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having bump in the arch of the mouth. I would like to ask you few more details.
Is there any pain or difficulty in swallowing ?
Kindly get back to me with the photo (of the lesion) and and the clinical details.
As per your details, it appears to be nutritional deficiency or buccarium ( cheek bite). It is unlikely that, anti tuberculous drugs causing oral lesions.
I suggest you to take plenty of fluids and to take balanced diet to combat deficiencies. in case of persistence, it should be evaluated with blood tests and biopsy.
Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please
do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
There is no pain in swollowing, opening my mouth, chewing, no numbness. I feel really dehydrated most of the time. I went to my GP and was told its of the same colour as the surroundings so nothing to worry and because its there just from 2 days (bump). My blood reports are all fine total blood count with only Esinophil count being higher, kidney function and liver funtion are normal. My chest Xray doesnt show anything new and niether does my chest CT scan apart frm my TB. Wanted u to know i am on Capreomycin IM 750mg daily , Pyrazinamide 1500mg Ethambutol 1200mg and Prothionamide 1000mg Moxiflocicin 400mg daily. GP has given me Esomperazole for reflux which i have been taking frm a week.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.
As per photo, there is a congestion of posterior pharygeal wall with post nasal drip.
Dryness could be due to side effects of your anti tuberculous drugs.
I suggest you to do blood tests ( vitamin d and pyridoxine levels- these are common deficiencies in tuberculosis) to know the cause.
Kindly discuss with your treating doctor about these investigations and go ahead. In the meantime, take plenty of fluids, good nutritious diet and salt water gargle.
All the best. Take care.
