Question: Dry peeling skin on the palm of the hand, can be very itchy and can crack the skin. This is chronic and not responding to moisturizing creams, nor steroid creams. What is the diagnosis and effective treatment....?

Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like psoriasis a chronic peeling disorder of skin.
Usually steroid creams are effective, however if you are not getting good response you can try protar ointment daily in night.
I have seen excellent response with this.
