Suggest Treatment For Dry Skin Under The Penis Head

Question: Have what appears to be dry skin under the head of my penis. Only shows when penis is erect. This first was noticed after master bating 3 times in one day without lotion. It has been 4 days, and only shows up when penis is erect. The temp outside is cold and my house is warm. Checked online if it could be thrush...looks similar, but no discharge. I hate to do the whole wait and see method. It does not itch at all. Just the appearance had me freaking out a bit.

So it will just go away on its own? When I applied water to the area, the skin became sticky to the touch. Is that a symptom of any sorts. Also was wondering is their was any cream to buy over the counter to treat the area. Think horse before Zebra. I have been reading that yeast likes to grow in humid moist spots on the body. So my first thought was a fungus. I have never been tested for Diabetes, my diet is high in sugar. Well aware that is not a good thing. I am 29 years old, and have had a high sugar diet for as long as I can remember. That's why I first thought thrush.
Also dry skin has some very minor itching, due to the skin being dry. Redness appears after the deed is done so to speak. Probably because of irritating the area by shear repetitive motion. This is day 5.
