Question: I have got my body skin very dry. After the bath, i can see white dry patches on my forehead skin, head and body too.
untill and unless i use some cream or moisturizer, i keep feeling itching.

I have no such other illness but yes high on cholestrol level for past few months.
I dont have dandruff visible out of skin but after the shampoo or wash i can see some dry patch lines on fore head skin.
Drinking less water, could that be a reason for that?.

Yes, less consumption of water or dehydration can cause dry skin.
I suggest you cetrizine 5 mg for itching once a day before bed.
I also suggest you caladryl lotion apply twice a day immediately after shower after drying yourself completely.
Use mild soap like baby soaps. Use XXXXXXX warm or normal water to shower. Do not use hot water.
Drink plenty of water and fluids.
