Suggest Treatment For Dry Skin

Question: Hello
In the past days I have spots on my arms. They are blotchy rather than raised.
I last had these before Christmas and my doctor referred me to a dermatologist who said I just have dry skin.
However they have now returned. To me it doesn't mean dry skin as I always look after my skin including moisturiser.
I've been to 2 GP's, a dermatologist and also passed all std tests including for herpes and warts.
I'm now lost and don't know what to do next.
Please give me your views of the pics.
Thanks
More information - one of my gp's subscribed antibiotics as he felt it may be a bacterial infection but now it's come back. I previously took anti fungal tablets.
Usually when I have these spots my vision also goes blurry. Can there be a link ?
Thank you

Brief Answer:
they can be allergic
Detailed Answer:
Hey thanks for your faith in the health care Magic
I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.
For me they seem to be allergic.Do you have any past history of allergy to any household substance?.Is there any common history of exposure in last time and the present one??
I will advice you to try oral and topical steroids only after consulting with your dermatologist because its a clinical diagnosis cant tell you 100% sure about the diagnosis.
I hope my answer was helpful for you . Dont forget to close the discussion.Thank you.
