Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern; and you are absolutely right that too much dryness inside nose that often results in bleeding.

If I were your treating doctor then I would like to prescribe
1. Netiwash nasal wash once a day.
2. Liquid paraffin nasal drop two drops five times a day.
3. Botroclot nasal drop two drops five times a day.
4. Steam inhalation three times a day for at least five minutes each.
5. Avoid putting finger in the nose.

Kindly consult your local ENT doctor and discuss the same with her/him.
