Brief Answer:
Supportive care and workup

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. pain in left arm and muddle finger mostly after prolonged sitting on a desk is likely a musculoskeletal pain and sitting posture is aggrevating it. You need some pain killers, rest, frequently changing posture and a litte workup like radiographs of neck spine to rule out any pinched nerve. Physiotherapy exercises and heat will help. Take some advil for the relief meanwhile.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
