Suggest Treatment For Dull Pain In The Breasts

Question: I feel like for last few days I have a dull pain like that of poking needles in my both breasts And both underarms. It is not limiting me to do anything, comes and goes. I sleep with my 7 year old Daughter and Husband in same bed and also have air condition on. I also believe that I cross my arms and sleep and less space could cause it as it sometimes feels like muscular pain too. Can you suggest cause of this

Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

Such kind of dull pain usually occurs due to inflammation of the nerves in that region. As you said,your wrong sleeping posture may cause it.

Vitamin B12 deficiency is also a reason that may cause such neuritis.

Rarely,a pinched nerve in the neck region of the spine can cause such symptoms.

I would suggest you to correct your sleeping posture. Avoid 3 people on the same bed. You should sleep in a comfortable position and you should not take pillow below your head while sleeping.

Take anti inflammatory tablets with methycobalamin and pregabalin tablets.
This should provide much relief to you.

If this does not help,then you can get a MRI of the cervical spine done to rule out nerve impingement.

Thank you. I also am a celiac ( autoimmune condition caused by gluten) and have had inflammation in intestines earlier. I am a 39 year old female. With inflammation I feel very slight fever (37.5 degree C) or about. Can I take something to feel better. Thanks
