Brief Answer:
Gastric outlet obstruction/ Prostate or urinary bladder Carcinoma

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

The first issue could be due to gastric outlet obstruction. An upper GI endoscopy may be done to look for it.

The second issue could be due to prostate or urinary bladder Carcinoma. Prostate specific antigen and CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis may be done as the first two tests in the evaluation of that symptom.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.
