You have mild fatty liver according to USG report. This is expected finding due to dyslipidemia.Fatty liver is due to deposition of fat within the liver cells.
It is reversible condition and can be reversed by controlling of lipid profile, modification of diet and life style.
Hemoglobin level is also towards lower side.It can be corrected by iron and folic acid supplementation. You should also take vitamin B complex tablets once daily.
You should also take iron rich foods like dates, jaggery, green leafy vegetables etc.
Rest of the findings are within normal limit.
