Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain Along With Cold And Swollen Eyes In Children

this is what her eye looks like I have been putting warm compress and antibiotic drops and its getting worse, this is not her picture
I would like to rule out sinusitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for asking to healthcare magic
I have gone through the details. You have attached an image with a note that this is not her picture.
Please clarify whether this is a typing error or you have attached an image with similar syptoms.
The illness starred with mild cold and then right side earache. After that there is swelling of eye on the same side along with headache. Now she has developed fever too.
In this scenario I would like to rule out bacterial sinusitis a condition where all these symptoms can be there.
Blurring of vision or double vision can be due to drooping of eye lid and associated inflammation.
From the image it appears that there is drooping of eyelid due to some inflammation.
Headache is a very common symptom of sinusitis.
Chances of involvement of brain is less likely as there are not any suggestive symptoms like vomiting, altered sensorium etc.
Other less likely possibility is involvement of the nerve leading to eyelid drooping.
I would suggest you to consult an ophthalmologist for clinical examination and management accordingly.
Continue warm compress and antibiotic drop as it will help in relieving the inflammation.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any further query.
Wishing for your child's good health.
Regards

I would suggest you to get her to ER for evaluation
Detailed Answer:
I can understand your concern sir.
Although I have not directly seen the baby's eye,by going through the details and considering your anxiety I would suggest you to get her to ER.
If she is immunised with measles vaccine or MMR vaccine chances of getting an infection is very low.So better get her evaluated by a physician so that the severity could be assessed and it can be managed accordingly.
If possible attach the image of your baby so that I could get a better idea.
All the best.
Regards
