Brief Answer:
vinegar wash and antibiotics.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
These are problems of mastoid cavity.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines when there is pain.
Regular ear cleaning is necessary by a specialist.
Regular vinegar wash, or instillation of 4 to 5 drops of vinegar to the ear everyday is advised.Kindly discuss all about this your treating doctor.
Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.

Though Doctor have not given any anti inflammatory and antibiotic medicines but for last 20 days he have used vinegar and saline water solution thrice in a day.
Yesterday Doctor told him to stop putting the viegar/s.water solution as he have seen some white paste like material inside his ear. Can we do anything else to have better result? What could be the reason behind not curing of mastoid cavity? Does that mean cholestoma is still persist in the mastoid bone?
Will be grateful to get the answere.

Hi
Exploratory tympanotomy to detect the cause is recommended.
CT scan to rule out fresh cholesteatoma.
