I have gone through your question and I would like to inform that there are so many causes of ear pain such as
1. Acute otitis media
2. Furuncle
3. Wax
4. Trauma etc.
Please give me answers of some questions
1. Are you suffering from cold and cough?
2. Have you use ear bud, hair pins etc?
3. Have you any history of trauma to in ear?
To reach the near diagnosis you describe your disease
For simple pain you may take pain killer such as paracetamol.
