Please advise on what to do. Thanks!
Brief Answer:
probably not related to ear wax.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam and welcome to healthcaremagic,
Removal of ear wax does not cause ringing in the ear or throat problems.
Since the ringing in your ears has started suddenly it is probabaly infection.
I recommend you pay a visit to your ENT specialist once again to confirm the diagnosis of infection.
You can do steam inhalation 4 times a day. It helps to clear the congestion if there is infection.

I had ringing in the ears before I had to wax removed. I thought that might clear it up. I still have some ringing ( my left ear) and the throat problem. The ringing is less though since the wax was removed I''m wondering if removing the ear wax could have caused some swelling in my ear. ??/
Thanks!
Thanks!

ear infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Wax in the ear does not cause ringing in the ears. The most common cause of sudden onset of ringing is ear infection.
Removing the wax does not cause ringing. But if when removing the wax, if you ear drum was damaged then it can cause ringing. Swelling in the ear due to wax removal cannot cause ringing.
