Suggest Treatment For Earwax With Pain In Ear

Possible external ear infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your question.
I read carefully your question and understand your concern.
First of all I would absolutely be against putting anything in your ear. With the tweezers you may have perforated the tympanic membrane, or irritated the skin of the external ear canal, which may cause, or probably already caused an ear infection.
My main recommendation is to go and check the ear with an othoscope and the doctor will see what is going on with it.
You may either have wax, which will need to be removed by an ear lavage, or have an otitis externa, which will need a prescription with antibiotic. In either options, you will need to visit a doctor.
Meanwhile, you can take any mild painkiller for the pain. But again, do not put anything in the ear.
Hope this is helpful
Let me know if you have further questions about it.
Regards,

It can be wax, infection or both
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
It will need an examination in the ear to see what it really is.
The pressure suggests wax, but the pain suggests infection. Also, if you heave pain while you press in the tragus (the soft part in front of the ear (that suggests more for an infection.
It may also be both, because the wax sometimes when moved may irritate the skin of external canal and increase possibility for infection.
Hope this is helpful.
Regards,
