Dear Ms,
First and foremost let me reassure you there is absolutely no cause to be worried about.
The gastrointestinal tract has its own defense mechanism. The uncooked beef which you have consumed will be partially digested by gastrointestinal enzymes and the undigested beef protein will be excreted off. Its only the extracted amino acids derived from beef protein and fat which gets absorbed into the circulation. So do not worry it has not harmed the baby inside. Even there is Blood-Placental barrier and it prevents any infection or harmful substances going into the fetus.
Being a Pediatric Surgeon, i am actively involved in antenatal counseling. Many mothers do report to me with such issues. There is no need to be concerned.
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Take Care
