Fungal infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photographs.
It is looking like a chronic fungal infection.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antifungals.
You can try a combination of oral fluconazole once a week and topical clotrimazole cream twice a day.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Why would the biopsy come back as exema and why is it spreading to my face? Would the antibiotics not take care of an infection? Also, do I need prescription for the meds you suggested? Anything over the counter I could try? I do not have insurance. Thankyou

Use clotrimazole
