Brief Answer:
Tinea corporis. Oral and topical antifungal

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you.
I have reviewed the Images.

You seem to have tinea corporis i.e fungal infection rather than eczema. I would suggest an oral antifungal e.g tablet Zimig 250mg (Terbinafine) once daily for 2 weeks.
Topically you may use Zimig cream (1% Terbinafine cream), twice daily for 2 weeks.
An oral antihistamine e.g tablet cetrizine 10 mg once daily in evening will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.

Antifungal medicines

Hi.

After looking at the images your skin condition looks very much like tinea rather than eczema. You may visit a dermatologist nearby for a confirmatory diagnosis. Yes. You may start these medicines. They are effective for tinea. There are no side effects.
