Hi... This is not milia....this is eczema please.

It is a type of skin allergy. The trick of the management is keeping the skin moist and never allowing it to be dry. For this oil massage and lotions like Atogla will help.

Regarding cure options - eczema is a sort of allergy...allergies can be effectively controlled. But usually kids grow out of it...that is as the age progresses, they become better.

thanks doctor, attached picture is one nappy cream I have. is this something I should apply? I also use the pigeon baby oil. will that be sufficient?
