Brief Answer:
Avoid weight lifting.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
You have not clear if you have outer or inner side elbow pain.
Anyways, you should try to avoid weight lifting and screwing movements as much as you can.
Take aceclofenac+ serratiopepetidase combination three times a day.
Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.
It will be alright with in 7 days.
You can write me further if problem still persists,
Thanks,
Dr. Chander Mohan Singh.

Thanks. Just to be clear, the pain is on the back of my elbow like bursitis but no swelling. assuming treatment is the same.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
Brief Answer:
Thanks for response.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your response my friend.
Treatment is same, but one thing to be noted is that if bursitis persist for more than a week, then treatment will change.
If bursitis persist more than a week, then get aspiration from that part, complete blood count and Xray of involved elbow done and send me the report.
Hope the size may not increase, best of luck.
Thanks,
