Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you writing back.
I have seen carefully your lab results and I notice only leucocytosis (elevated WBC) and high neutrophils(other results are normal) that usually are related with a bacterial infection.
So,based on this and on your symptoms mentioned before( I don't know your recently situation) I suggest to do a physical examination by an ENT specialist and to do strep throat test, ASO, and maybe a scan CT of head (to exclude sinusitis etc).
I hope my answer helps you.
Feel free to ask me further.
Regards.

Hello,
Thank you for your response.
I saw the doctor today they did not give me any more tablets but they did say my heart rate had gone down and fever and also my oxygen levels.
Although my throat is very red and also I am still feeling very weak and chills in my upper back - what would be my next steps?
this is 4 weeks of feeling unwell and very tiring

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you writing back in healthcaremagic.
Please could you explain me better you mean that your heart rate and fever are normal now and what is your oxygen level?
Do you have sore throat or is just very red?
In this situation I suggest to control again your full blood count (to compare with the last), to do a strep throat test, and mantoux skin test (to exclude a TB).
I hope my answer helps you.
I wish you a quick recovery.
Regards.
