Suggest Treatment For Elevated Anti-La/SSB Levels In Blood

Question: Hello. My monocytes have been slightly raised for 4 years. Everything else is normal. With the exception of when I got sjogrens check for my dry eyes i was negative for the the ssA but positive for XXXXXXX B (which I can't get an answer about the significance of that)
