Suggest Treatment For Elevated Bilirubin Levels

Question: I have Total Protein of 74,Albumin 41, Alk Phosphatase,138,GGT is 268 ALT 83, Bilirubin is 5 What do I need to do please
I suffer Type 2 Diabetes & Sarcoidosis diagonosed last year. Are these readings dangerously high

Could be intra hepatic obstruction .

Dear sir, greetings from hcm, I understand your concern.

Your bilirubin is high we need to know the values of direct or indirect bilirubin. Mostly the report suggest intrahepatic obstruction. Might be due to sarcoidosis. You need to get an ultrasound and meet your gastroenterologist. Later he might change the treatment or advice you better.
