Suggest Treatment For Elevated Heart Beat
Question: Sometimes i get elevated heart beat, it will be 180 to 200 bps, i consulted many doctor they are not able find the problem

I have visuted couple of cardiologist and they have done ECG, ECHO, stress test but everything is normal, i get elevated heart beat when i am angry or when i am snezing and suddenly if i get up from bed or if somebody scare me when i enter the room these are the common causes but it not that i get this eleveted heart beat always, i get it once a day or sometimes once a week i just cant say when i get it, if i get it it stays some time for 5 min sometime for 15 min and sometime for an hour and there was a day it stayed for like 2 hours, heartbeat is irregular when i get it and i sweat a lot, its been 7 years now no doctor is able to find me a solution, they say when i get this problem run to a hospital and get a ECG taken, but unforfunatly i cant move when i get this, even if i run to hospital it may even stop, please help me out on this

These may be Panic attacks.But,a cardiac abnormality must be ruled out.
Please visit a cardiologist and discuss getting an ambulatory ECG done(Holter monitoring and not just a simple ECG) done.That will be a continuous ECG recording and will record abnormal heart activity whenever it occurs.It may help towards your diagnosis.
