Suggest Treatment For Elevated Liver Enzyme Levels

Slightly deranged enzymes have no clinical significance.
Detailed Answer:
Helo dear,
Firstly thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your question and i appreciate your concern.
As per your query answer to your question is,
Slight derangement of liver functions in a otherwise health individual has no significance in clinical practice,However to be on safer side ultrasonogram of liver should be done to rule out any possible pathology.Exact reason for mild derangement can't be given without extensive investigations(Not at all required).
Liver enzymes should be raised atleast 2 to 3 times then normal to have any clinical significance.
One example is,
Normal serum Bilirubin level should be less then 1 mg/dl,however only levels more then 3mg/dl are clinically significant and requires attention and investigations.
The same is true with ALT,AST,GTT etc,Only levels more then 2-3 times normal have clinical significance.
So my advice is don't worry,Slight derangement has no significance.Go for Ultrasound scan and if it is normal you are clear from gastro side.
Though not asked yet weekness, fatigue, and lassitude in a 38 years old female can be because of hypothyroidism or anaemia.
Suggestions-
Thyroid profile test
Complete blood count
Peripheral smear of blood.
A multivitamin antioxidant should be taken daily to reduce oxidative stress on liver.
