Brief Answer:
Diet and physical exercises

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I have seen your test report.

Yes your triglycerides level is increased.

You need not to worry about it. it is reversible with doing physical exercises and maintaining diet.
Brisk walk for 30 minutes daily is must. It is helpful to decrease bad cholesterol and to increase good cholesterol (HDL).
If you are overweight then you need to reduce your weight.
eat healthy diet and fiber rich food.
Eat 3-4 cloves of raw garlic daily.
Cutoff calories by avoiding oily, masala or junk food.
Eat small amounts of food 5-6 times in a day.
Do not eat large meals especially before going to bed.
Drink plenty of water.

You can continue Adilip 135. And repeat the test after 3 months.

If you have any more queries I will be happy to help you.

Thank you.

may be due to exertion

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,

No, increase in triglycerides will not effect on your body balance.
Yes, exertion can cause it.

Body imbalance could be due to imbalance of inner ear fluids.
Sudden changes in body posture may cause imbalance of ear fluids and leads to giddiness or imbalance.
And also check blood pressure regularly, if found high blood pressure values then better visit a doctor.
And also get blood test to rule out anemia.
