Hello,
Thanks for writing to us.
If you have tried all the available analgesic medication to relieve the pain, you need to report to your consultant for further care.
You may need injectible analgesics or hormone therapy; surgery is the last resort if nothing else works.
Hope your query has been answered. Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. I will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
Can try NSAIDs.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back.
I can surely understand the distress you are experiencing currently. Please try any one of the NSAIDs available. Acetaminophen may also be used. You may combine an anti-spasmodic along with the analgesic. Mefenamic acid with dicyclomine usually gives good relief. If there is no respite from pain with this medication, you need to see the emergency for further management.
Later on, you can start with oral pills, IUD or Danazol after a proper evaluation.
Hope your query has been answered. Please get back if you need more information. I will be ready to help.
