Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Lymph Nodes In Neck

Question: My daughter has enlarged lymph nodes in neck for more than 1 month. ABT did nothing. She has no infections. All lab work came back normal except slightly elevated monocytes. Ruled out mono. Bad taste in mouth and can no longer tolerate eating meat

Hi,
I have gone through your query; and suggests you that your daughter may go for some investigation
1. USG of the neck.
2. FNAC of the cervical swelling.
3. Oral examination and laryngoscopy.
4. Panendoscopy if needed.

For your kind information above mentioned test are absolutely necessary to rule out the cause of cervical swelling and for the management of your daughter.
