Brief Answer:
You have Enlarged Prostate .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the report of your Ultrasound Scanning that you have posted it appears that you have Enlarged Prostate which is common in males after the age of 55 years and leads to obstructive voiding symptoms .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have obstructive voiding symptoms like frequency for urination ,urgency or hesitancy for urination ,nocturnal frequency for urination and poor urinary stream etc ?

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Uroflowmetry

Since your prostate volume is very high (71cc) and significant residual urine volume
of 78 ml you may need to get prostate removed by an endoscopic procedure of TURP .

Further treatment will be decided by Urologist and depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
Dr.Patil.
