Brief Answer:
Possible option
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
If there are no symptoms then this is not infection and bacterias may be present in urine or bladder that doesn't require treatment. It also may clear up spontaneously, just drink more fluids and raspberry tea. There is no danger of kidney infection if you don't have signs of infection such as fever, pain,or burning during urination. So you can stop with antibiotics for a while and see what happens. Wish you good health. Regards
