Suggest Treatment For Episodes Of Dry Heaves Along With Ulcer In Intestine

Question: My grandfather was taking to ER on Nov 15th. He had a drop in blood pressure because of internal bleeding from an ulcer in his small intestine. The also said they saw a mass, which could be an enlarged prostate, but have not checked that yet. During the week leading up to the hospital visit, he was having episodes of dry heaves. This happened approximately 3 times while in the hospital too. He came home from the hospital 3 days ago, and is having episodes of dry heaves again today. What could this be from?
