The information given is very limited and hence would suggest you to give more details -
History of aerated drinks lately?
Since how long your son has Hiccups?
Whether your son had Any Gastro-enteritis recently?
Any respiratory / bacterial / viral illness of old or recent origin?
Any excess intake of alcohol /tobacco / tea / coffee / spicy foods?
Any other tests done in the past or recently?
Any kidney disease he has ? update his old and current reports?
Any Hepatitis or old liver disease history? update any test reports for it?
Please update all and other information you have.

Till then I would suggest following treatments empirically-
Pull out the tongue and hold it for few minutes.
Finger in the ears to distract the mind
Smelling Ammonia- Salts for smell
Sugar or Honey on back of Tongue.
Holding breath
Shift the case to ER doctor who would treat it as follows-
Tab Baclofen Like Lioresal for Skeletal muscle relaxation of diaphragm
Inj Chlopromazine / Phenytoin sodium- for non-responding cases from the ER doctor would help him with ER physician helping him in his care.
Would do all blood/ Radiological tests to rule out various causes
