Suggest Treatment For Erectile Disfunction

Question: I was operated in 2001 for torsion, have a sperm count of 10 million and because of that I had to go for IVF for my first child in 2012. I would like to have second child through normal process. I have been facing problems like irrection and performance issues. I am not over weight but not involve in any physical work out. Weight 76, height 5.6. No history of low sperm count in the family. No other disease

1. Low sperm count due to torsion is generally not reversible and count cannot be improved. You need to go for IVF for another baby.

2. Erection and performance issues are due to stress generally and nothing to do with physical problem. Hence I suggest you try relaxation techniques like meditation and pranayam.

3. Try to remove stress causing factors. I am sure there is no physical problem
